Algemeen:
It is with great sadness that the family of Jacqueline Emma Allenback announces her passing on Sunday, August 17, 2008 at Christine Morrison Hospice, in Mission BC, at the age of 84 years. Jackie was predeceased by her parents Emile and Anna and her loving husband of 60 years, Roy. They married in Belgium during World War II. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Lucien, (Lucky) and nieces Carol, Ann and Cherry of England and sadly missed by her children Sarina (Harold), Robert (Lorraine), Penny (Lain), and April; grandchildren Carol (Moe), Steven, Kerri, Krista, John (Alexandra), David (Jennifer), Jenna (Mark), Michael and great-grandsons Alexander, Chevy and Sean. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, September 14, 2008 at 12:00 pm, at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #57, 32627 Logan Ave., Mission, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jackie's memory may be made to a charity of your choice, or to the Christine Morrison Hospice in Mission, BC, whose staff we wish to thank for their excellent care of our mom.
